Guidelines for Training Centers

Your guide to partnering with Mokena Skills and adhering to Skill India norms.

Partner with Us

Joining Mokena Skills as a training partner is a straightforward process designed to ensure quality and compliance. These guidelines will help you understand the requirements for center registration and our operational standards under the Skill India development program.

Center Registration Process

  1. Step 1: Application & Fee Payment

    Begin by filling out the online Center Registration form. At the time of submission, a registration fee of ₹25,000 must be deposited to proceed.

    Note: If the center registration fails for any reason after the inspection process, the registration fee will be refunded within 7-10 working days of the registration result.

  2. Step 2: Document Submission

    Upload all required documents, including legal entity proofs, address proof, infrastructure details (photos/videos), and faculty qualifications for verification.

  3. Step 3: Center Inspection

    An inspection will be conducted (virtually or physically) by the NSDC Skill India inspection team. They will verify that the center has prominent NSDC Skill India branding and the required equipment for the selected courses.

  4. Step 4: Trainer Onboarding

    After your center is verified, you must submit the details of your trainers. This is a mandatory step for conducting live sessions and managing courses on the Skill India portal.

  5. Step 5: Final Approval & Onboarding

    Upon successful verification of all documents, infrastructure, and trainers, you will receive an approval letter and an official partnership agreement. Our team will then guide you through the final onboarding process.

Operational Guidelines

Infrastructure

Centers must have adequate classroom space, well-equipped labs or workshops, and necessary amenities as per the guidelines for the specific courses offered.

Trainer Qualifications

All trainers must possess the required qualifications and industry experience as mandated by the Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) for their respective job roles.

Assessment & Certification

Assessments will be conducted by third-party agencies approved by the SSCs. Successful candidates will receive NSQF-aligned, nationally recognized certificates.

Compliance

All training partners must adhere strictly to the norms and guidelines set by NSDC and the Skill India Mission to ensure the highest standards of quality and transparency.
