1. Agreement to Terms

4. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course, you get a license from us to view it via the Mokena Skills services, and no other use. You may not transfer or resell courses in any way. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mokena Skills Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kota, Rajasthan.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
